Let me introduce myself. My name is Paul Pehrson, and I’ve been a MadCap Flare trainer and consultant for almost ten years, and an active Flare user since 2006. I’ve worked with companies large and small across the globe, helping them learn about and implement MadCap Flare in their documentation processes.
I’m passionate about Flare. I’m passionate about good documentation, and in doing things the RIGHT way. I love seeing people be successful and catching the vision of how Flare can simultaneously simplify your work and expand your capacity.
Flare training and consulting is not my primary job. Currently I work full-time as a senior information developer for a cyber security company that helps large organizations manage keys and certificates–the authentication method machines use to provide secure communications. Training and consulting is a side job that I do because it is something that I love. I’m lucky in that my full-time job provides me with the flexibility needed to successfully manage Docguy Training.
