Reducing PDF File Size

Today Sarah asked a question in the Flare forums about reducing the file size of the PDF that Flare creates. I’ve also noticed that Flare’s output PDF file is quite large, around 10 MB for a 200-page document with images.

Layout appears funny when I open a topic

When you first open a topic in your Flare project, you may notice that the layout appears funny. Specifically, I see this when the topic opens to the Web layout (because that is the last mode I was using when I edited the document), but Flare opens the topic displaying the Print media type.
